FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team who will support in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. The candidate will serve as a point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution.
· Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
· Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
· Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
· Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any risks or deviations.
· Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
· Ensure proper resource allocation and track project milestones.
· Use project management tools to monitor and report on project performance.
· Support team members with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
· Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
· Attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines effectively.
Location: Business Hub, DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
