The candidate will serve as a point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution.
ยท Assist project managers in creating project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
ยท Maintain and update project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
ยท Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
ยท Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing any risks or deviations.
ยท Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members.
ยท Ensure proper resource allocation and track project milestones.
ยท Use project management tools to monitor and report on project performance.
ยท Support team members with administrative and logistical tasks as required.
Qualifications:
ยท Bachelorโs degree.
ยท 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or related role.
ยท Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
ยท Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
ยท Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
ยท Attention to detail and ability to handle deadlines effectively.
Location: Business Hub, DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
