Position: Cabin Crew

Job Purpose: Acts as Airlineโ€™s ambassador; strives to achieve customersโ€™ loyalty and to promote a positive corporate image, at all times, through enhancing the overall customersโ€™ experience. Provides excellent customer service to all passengers whilst ensuring their safety and comfort are achieved throughout the complete flight cycle. Be ready and fit to operate ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and companyโ€™s adopted policies and procedures.

Experience, Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum Age is 18 years.
  • Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
  • Weight: To be in proportion to Age and Height
  • Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst wearing the cabin crew uniform
  • Medically/ Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties

Position: Duty Supervisor โ€“ Inbound

Job Purpose: To guide, supervise and monitor a team of Call Center agents in terms of operations and sales, providing accurate information in response to enquiries about products and services, making bookings, identifying and resolving problems and customer complaints, preparing and executing action plans; to drive the teams to achieve objectives by maximizing sales and enhancing customersโ€™ experience ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and companyโ€™s adopted policies and procedures.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Defines/sets and drives the sales targets of the assigned team to achieve business goals and maximize profit by developing efficiency and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Co-plans work schedules and duty roster for assigned Inbound team (rotational) to meet anticipated business requirements and objectives, monitors adherence, attendance, leave and overtime records.
  • Supervises a team of Call Center agents; monitors the day-to-day performance of the assigned team to ensure smooth operations; manages/handles traffic in customersโ€™ inquiries and complaints raised from different channels such as: telephone calls.
  • Ensures accurate information on products and services are communicated through the team; monitors performance in terms of sales and achieving revenue.
  • Assists the Supervisor- Inbound/Manager in the daily operations by providing on โ€œFloorโ€ guidance, support, and monitoring to Call Center agents.

Key Result Responsibilities โ€“ Continued

  • Manages individualโ€™s/teamโ€™s performance assessment reports on weekly basis to highlight pitfalls, identify gaps and recommend best approaches and methodologies to be adopted to bridge those gaps
  • Partners with Supervisors/Manager to develop individual/group development plans to enhance the performance of the team, including: coaching, mentoring, counselling, training courses, etc. Conducts induction sessions, product knowledge and system trainings, as well as assessments for new joiners.
  • Identifies trends in customer service; analyzes pitfalls and complaints; recommends improvements to enhance customersโ€™ experience and implement best practices in services and operating procedures thus contributing to achieving/maintaining high quality in performance in workflow to increase sales.
  • Ensures all Contact Center technical facilities, systems, tools and equipment (computers, telephones, headsets, etc.) are properly installed, and maintained in coordination with suppliers and IT division.
  • Develops preventive maintenance programs and immediate technical support to all work stations when not fully operational.
  • Performs any additional responsibilities as advised by the Line Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Bachelor degree in Management or equivalent.
  • Capable of using technology systems and tools; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in English

Work Experience

  • 4+ years of related working experience in a similar role, preferably in aviation; experience with low cost airline is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Call/Contact Center technological systems and tools.
  • Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending effective solutions.
  • Capable of identifying problems and immediately reacting to situations of the different nature such as angry customers, complaints and special requests.
  • Capable of understanding customersโ€™ problems and direct them in the right channel.
  • Cost-oriented, possesses effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support companyโ€™s objectives.
  • Possesses effective communication skills that enable him/her utilize in building sales and marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work for long working hours and under pressure.
  • Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.

Position: Finance Manager

Job Purpose: To manage, monitor and control the companyโ€™s financial accounts and records ensuring cost, expenditure & revenue are within the right mechanism, all carried in compliance with Fly Jinnahpolicies, procedures and approved accounting standards.

Prepares budgets, financial reports and financial analysis; interacts with internal and external parties such as banks, auditors, GSAs, GHAs and suppliers to facilitate decisions or resolve function-related matters.

Key Result Responsibilities

  • Manages and monitors the companyโ€™s accounts this includes: general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, suspense accounts, etc., ensures all entries are timely reflected, verified, and recorded in the corresponding accounts and Finance systems.
  • Supports the management in the decision-making process related the Cash-Flow distribution and management based on valid estimates and forecasting. Provides cash forecasts and manages cash planning to optimise cash flow.
  • Monitors and analyzes the market movements and exchange rates to efficiently manage the companyโ€™s foreign currency transactions and provide management with advice on exchange rates in all countries of operation that best suit its financial goals.
  • Oversees and daily manages the โ€œCashโ€ and โ€œBankโ€ Accounts ensuring receivables, payables and reconciliations are executed on time and as per adopted procedures; maintains an up-to-date tracking and full control over the funds available at the respective banks to achieve maximum utilization.
  • Oversees the monthly and annual accounts movements and activities such as accruals, assets, and advanced payments, lease and sublease, end of service, etc
  • Monitors the technical costs, lease and sublease agreements, service level agreements and other costs resulting from contracts in terms of claims and credits. Coordinates with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure claims are timely settled.
  • Partners with stakeholders to supervise and follow up on all the Engineering & Maintenance technical costs of Air Arabia and Third-Party customers ensuring timeliness and accuracy in executing and recording all related transactions and ensuring they are reflected in monthly statements accordingly.

Key Result Responsibilities โ€“ Continued

  • Facilitates and monitors the preparation of Security Deposits processed for the aircrafts; follows up with suppliers and lessors for confirmations.
  • Manages and monitors the companyโ€™s revenue obtained from cargo, credit cards and ancillaries ensuring timely and accurate processing and recording in the corresponding accounts and Finance systems.
  • Monitors debit and credit transactions of all customersโ€™ invoicing and deposits done through the GSAs and Agents.
  • Partners with Stakeholders to optimize credit card revenue and resolve system related issues based on given scenarios and business cases. Ensures consistency of ancillaryโ€™s payments received from interline partners and insurance with sales reports and agreed terms and conditions.
  • Supports the Management in the decision-making process through providing valid recommendations and risk evaluation of the revenue related business cases.
  • Facilitates audit checks ensuring smooth inspections and compliance with audit requirements. Implements corrective measures when and as necessary. Manages all the schedules required for statutory compliances.
  • Processes and follows up on the Tax related areas required by the company in countries of operation ensuring efficiency in processing and recording of all transactions.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting / Finance/Commerce or equivalent from a recognized university; alternately a related degree combined with required experience and exposure is acceptable.
  • CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office- Advanced Excel, Access, Word, Power Point skills, Internet and Web Search.
  • Cost Control, Compliance, Budgeting and Auditing certificates and trainings are an added value, and some may be treated as conditional for this role.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Urdu and English Languages

Work Experience

  • 7+ years of similar experience in corporate finance/accounting for a company operating on regional or multinational level, airline industry experience preferred;
  • Sound knowledge in financial control and accounting fundamentals such as IFRS ), accounting procedures, systems and process flow is a pre-requisite.
  • Strong math and numerical reasoning ability and high accuracy are mandatory for this role.
  • Familiar with formalities and pre-requisites associated with internal and external audits.
  • Has worked on preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure in line with agreed targets.
  • Experienced in a computerized accounting environment with exposure on financial models and new technologies.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines without compromising quality of outcome.
  • Experienced in measuring teamโ€™s performance against policies, procedures, business needs, and in line with adopted regulations and approved standards.
