Position Title: Data Analyst

Department: CEO Office

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “Data Analyst” for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Pakistan and will report to the “Lead Data Analyst”.

Responsibilities:

• You develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insight using Tableau.
• You create new data analyses based on business requirements from stakeholders.
• You are engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights.
• You are analyzing trends in our data and providing insight and explanation to our local teams to improve their operations using data.
• You help identify, define and specify future insight and data needs to support the different business units.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to build well-crafted, pragmatic data products.

Requirements:

• You have 1-2 years experience as a BI/Data analyst.
• You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject, e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, economics, engineering or demonstrable relevant practical
• You are highly proficient in SQL.
• You are creative in data visualization (Tableau or another modern visualization tool is a must).
• Competence with reproducible data analysis using Python.
• Strong command over the entire data analysis lifecycle including; problem formulation, data auditing, rigorous analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and presentation.
• Familiarity with BigQuery and the Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Experience using git.
• Data engineering and data pipeline development experience (e.g. via Airflow) is a plus.

Department: Commercial

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “Key Account Manager” for our team in Pakistan. If you

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working
independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for driving incremental orders, ensuring Retention, Exclusivity & Stronger
• Relationship with GMV Class A & B Vendors at servicing at 360 Degree with a goal of optimizing business performance, growth, and enhance their experience.
• Help drive better experience by training restaurant’s staff, collaborating with operations/owners to improve menu displays, sharing Reports and working with marketing team to create promotions/events and optimize Performance. 
• Identifying and implementing newer value-add initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for them e.g. 2 Exclusive Partnerships with Key Accounts either Offline or on foodpanda with targeted monthly growth as main KPI.
• Ensuring DL Photography of Top Key Accounts.
• Deal acquisition for monthly and event-based campaigns.
• Monitoring of logistics performance on a daily/weekly basis.
• Reducing Issue rate or fail rate.
• Work with internal cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements to deliver the strategies and develop tactical implementation plans, Manage cross-functional project plans, risks & issues, blockers & actions
• Support cross functional teams in delivering the strategy by facilitating communication of lessons learned, resolving urgent issues, lining up appropriate group level support and deploying processes & tools.
• Maintain visibility and communication across & report on progress to the management team.
• Additional tasks/projects as they arise.

Requirements:

• 1.5 years of  account directorship experience
• Negotiations and communications Skills
• Presentations and business reviews skills
• Knowledge of food and operational costings
