Responsibilities:
- Responsible for lead generation, communications and fleet growth.
- Managing local team and working on improving the quality of hiring and maintaining sustainability
- To coordinate with Global team over forecasting of hiring riders
- Responsible for each city hiring with their teams
- To design strategy / process / policies for rider recruitment.
- To digitalize the processes
- To deal with legal matters of hiring
- To process EOBI registration
- To maintain compliance of standard recruitment process
- Preparation of daily reports for department’s performance visibility.
- To get user feedback through surveys
- To manage rider acquisition, activation, retention and referrals.Requirements:
- MBA or similar qualification is mandatory
- 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Excellent analytical skills and technological skills
- Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and to own initiative.
