Manage the entire export process, from order initiation to shipment, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
Oversee export operations, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation compliance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing materials and a strong social media presence to target export customers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
