– Planning & preparation for monthly production plans, Safety & Health implementation.
– Planning & preparation for daily production. Maintaining & improvement quality activities
– Management of work progress including: confirmation of work progress, identification & counter-measures for delay, plan for back-up work, communicate & give instruction to T/L, prepare / check line stop reports
– Performance evaluation and review of T/L & review and T/M’s and improvement of production performance and make an improvement plan for future cost reduction (direct & indirect materials)
– Checking & reporting equipment maintenance & inspection conditions
– Counseling, guidance and training, creative suggestions, QCC activities plans for T/L & TM’s
