Position: Territory Sales Manager
We are looking for Territory Sales Manager who is responsible for implementing effective territorial sales & marketing strategies. The position is responsible for volumes, availability, visibility, company assets management and assigned Territory sales & distribution operations. It includes meeting customers to settle any concerns while coming up with effective sales methods. The incumbent will be responsible for submitting sales reports as well as discovering new sales opportunities.

Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences or in any other discipline that helps in managing market & operating in a business environment.
Experience:
- Field sales experience of +2 years
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiarity with secondary sales system/SalesFlo would be a plus point

Vacancy Description
- Achievement of Territory volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolioโs availability plan and business partnerโs ROIs.
- Create an on-field impact through driving distribution KPIs
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the line manager

Position: Assistant Manager Channel & Category Development
Assistant Manager Channel & Category Development is among the lead strategic roles in the CCD team covering the general trade universe.
The primary purpose of this position is to create a channel & category strategy that successfully translates the short and medium term organizational and category strategies into a brand / channel wise executable plan and deliver the annual volume & value target in collaboration with field sales and category teams.
The AM CCD is responsible for handling almost 25k outlets that includes Kiryana, small grocery, large grocery, Bakery, Petromarts Pharmacy, Pan shops, loose milk shops, WS & SPD network
What We Ask
Experience: 3-5 Experience in FMCG Channel or Category related roles. Work experience in Frozen / Cold Chain is an added advantage
Qualification:BBA/MBA with experience in sales & marketing
