Position: Regional Sales Manager
The purpose of this role is to manage sales of existing and new launches of FCEPL brands in assigned regional geography. This includes volume forecasting, planning & execution of regional sales strategies in the assigned region. The role includes handling of exclusive sole proprietor distributors for the region along with managing the customers (retailers, Stock point depot, RTMs, Local modern trade accounts, CSDs & International chain of accounts etc.) and the entire field sales team of the. The position is also responsible for availability, visibility, profitability, and assets of the company.
What We Ask
Educational Qualification: Bachelorโs Degree from a reputed university, preferable business graduate
Experience: 7 to 8 years of relevant experience with 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesflo would be a plus point
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
