At Gerry’s International Licensee of FedEx, we are hiring Tracing Advisor in our Customer Services Team-Karachi who will play a pivotal role in our operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathering data of daily export shipments from operational report on daily basis.
- Compilation of monitoring sheets using multiple software reports.
- Monitoring of all daily export shipments till delivery.
- Any exceptions occur prior to delivery or in transit, timely information passed to internal and external customers.
- Coordination with network, shipper and consignee via phone calls, emails and EBS.
- Package collection request coming via email to be launched in the data base.
Skills & Competencies - Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Problem solving skills
Qualification: Graduate
Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
