Position- RECOVERY MANAGER
We are looking for a skilled recovery manager to join our Karachi Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
โข Lead recovery activities.
โข Reviews debt recovery processโs effectiveness and policies.
โข Ensure training plans and documentation are up to date and in place for collections of receivables and applications.
โข Staff Development: Involvement in the career development of the team and any staffing decisions.
โข Leadership: effectively lead, manage and develop collections teams across current and new city launches.
โข Ensure training plans and documentation are up to date and in place for collections of receivables and applications.

REQUIREMENTS-
โข 5+ years of proven experience
โข Must be a graduate
โข Strong communication Skills
โข Strong execution skills
โข Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
โข Must be able to perform independently, be self-motivated, and demonstrate initiative.
โข Ability to work with deadlines and generate insight for decision making
