POSITION: AM / DM – After Sales Operation

EXPERIENCE: At least 4 to 6 years in the automobile industry, specifically in a distributor’s sales and service department.

QUALIFICATION: B.E., B.S., B. Tech, (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial)

LOCATION: Based at Karachi Head Office, Sher Shah.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Proficient in handling diagnostic equipment
• Competent in computer handling/ ERP/MS Office suite
• Having incredible skills in the vehicle electronic systems and troubleshooting
• DMS management
• Management of ESM, FRS, and Product Technical Bulletin

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer & Dealership support
• Prepare and present Product Technical reports & Investigations
• Warranty Claims Management
• Dealerships’ Evaluation
• Hands-on experience in repair
• Required to develop training materials and conduct training
• Parts Management
