Available Position:

• AM HR Operations

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day Operations of HR functions and duties.
• Responsible for employee attendance and leave record.
• Compile and update employee record hard and soft.
• Deals with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Payroll preparations by providing relevant data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
• Responsible for timely process of final settlements.
• Ideal candidate must have strong skills on Advanced Excel.
• Handle employee complaints & queries.
• Handle employees’ grievances.
• Responsible for performance appraisal review.
• Any other task assigned by the manager.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR
• 06 to 07 years (FMCG/Retail Experience)
• Male
