Position: Channel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and channels nature and translate channel wise needs into value proposition, generating sales and profit for the company.
- Reclassify the channels and sub channels defined as per the company guidelines based on their sales and outlet structure.
- Should be able to propose channel wise key elements of Trade Marketing and in accordance with the Retail Strategy.
- Should be able to develop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, channel guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppersโ insights.
- Complete ownership of S&OP Cycle (revenue planning, brand wise priorities, SKU wise/Region wise expectation setting).
- Develop Visibility database and changeover plan to ensure high quality and on time execution.
- Should be able to consult/coordinate with other functions internally as well as externally to gain information and insights.
- Should achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
- Pre & post promotions evaluation through the estimated ROI & market feedback as well as market data when applicable.
- To work closely with Finance and his team to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements.
- To monitor and be able to control overall Channel CTS (Cost to Sales) ratio.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or beverage industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing sales within multiple channels.
- Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and implement actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Position: HR Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops and improves HR processes for promotions and transfers.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of handling HR operations in manufacturing setup.
- BBA/MBA
- Must have worked on the development of KPIโs and PMS.
