Job Description:
- Provide investment advice to customers who are interested in investing in real estate
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and ensure that all customer queries are resolved efficiently
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to meet company targets and promote investment opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, investment opportunities and competitor activities
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the call center’s performance and customer service.
