WE ARE HIRING Assistant General Manager โ Admin, Security & IR (Head Office โ Karachi)
Requirements:
- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Masterโs degree; L.L.B. is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all general administrative functions, including building maintenance, fleet management, housekeeping, and attendance monitoring.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and other relevant organizations to facilitate smooth operations.
- Lead security operations, ensuring adherence to protocols, incident management, and effective coordination for VIP movements and special events.
- Ensure compliance with industrial relations policies, labor laws, and effective conflict resolution practices.
