Greenstar Pakistan Jobs Officer M&E (Female)
Greenstar is looking for Officer M&E (female) for Faisalabad/ Bahawalpur/ Lahore/ Multan regions to fulfill the following responsibilities;
- To conduct regular site inspections and report findings using prescribed Internal Quality Audit Tools
- To conduct observation of supervisory visits for an assessment of field efforts done by teams of HS, IPC and Sales
- To conduct training evaluation
- To conduct client validation Use tools to evaluate providers’ practices and undertake client exit interviews, report findings, and keep records at the regional office
- To coordinate efforts for the providers of Greenstar network to bridge the gap between practice and standards
- To collect and disseminate the work and improvement plans submitted by regional teams of HS, IPC and Sales on monthly basis.
