Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of Manager – Quality Assurance based at Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Training of community mobilizers to deliver a holistic self-care package, entrepreneurship, and interpersonal communication
- To provide orientation to new recruited community mobilizers regarding basic health education and screening facilities
- To provide teleconsultation support to target communities through community mobilizers
- Make provision for on-site medical support at service delivery points
- Provide feedback to community mobilizers on key performance areas along with action plan on identified performance gaps
- Assist in creating referral linkages between Service delivery homes and Greenstar Social Franchise Clinics
Knowledge and Experience:
- MBBS/ Post Graduate Nurse from an accredited university/ Institute/LHV
- For Doctors: House job and clinical experience of 1 year in a Gynae Unit
- For BSN Nurses/LHV: 03 years of Clinical experience
