Organization: Habib Bank Limited HBL

HBL is looking to hire a Branch Operations Manager in Retail Banking function, Gujrat, who will be responsible for all operational activities of the Branch whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with SOP and SBP’s statutory, Prudential, and regulatory requirements.

Job Details

• Implementing technological and procedural requirements by the department to ensure higher efficiency and better quality of service under supervision of BM.
• Ensuring all customer related matters are efficiently managed.
• Ensuring, managing, and supervising over the counter services in the branch to achieve timely and accurate processing of customer.
• Ensuring liaison with all branch stakeholders for the overall growth of business for the branch.

Location: Gujrat

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field(s).

Experience: 5 years of Branch Operations experience in Banking Industry.
