Habib Oil Mills Jobs Filling Manager: Habib Oil Mills is looking for experience Filling Manager for its Oil & Ghee division. Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 8 to 10 years experience of managing production lines in a high speed & high volume manufacturing environment preferably in Oil & Ghee Sector.
The Filling Manager will responsible of managing all the activities product blending, filling & packaging operations with in the defined organization framework in order to ensure that production is efficient and meets quality standards. This position initiates, evaluates plans, directs, executes, implements, and reports on activities related to the production of all the variants of products, improvements or cost savings ideas. This position carries with it the responsibility to mentor team members and grow their capabilities for contributing to the organization.
