Position Available: Assistant Manager – Human Resource
Description:
- Recruitment for all management and non-management positions.
- Process company-wide Annual Performance Appraisal.
- Develop company-wide Annual Manpower Budget.
- Supervise entire Training & Development program.
- Represent HR in all internal & external HR/Compliance Audits.
- General Operations, Compensation comparison, updation of JDs and organograms, other administrative tasks of HR Department.
Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience (FMCG experience is preferred)
Education: MBA(HR).
