We Are HIRING Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) requirements from incoming materials to end products until consumed by the customer.
- Ensure incoming material as per defined specification.
- Supervise water treatment process.
- Ensure finished syrup batching is conducted according to Manufacturing Master Instructions (MMI) and meets PCI specifications and legal requirements.
- Cross-checking of syrup process, online testing, and end product from warehouse.
- Ensure production startups and maintenance protocol implementation and compliance.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to ensure the accuracy of results.
- Proactively handle all non-conformities, communicate timely, stop production if needed, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle complaints, and conduct market/distributor visits to ensure compliance.
- Manage internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate external audits with regulatory bodies, certification agencies, and third-party auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-6 years of experience in Beverages/FMCG.
- Lead Auditor and FSSC certification preferred.
