General Manager Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Expand General Trade (GT) channels to enhance market penetration and build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize cooler productivity by implementing tracking mechanisms to maximize utilization.
- Set, track, and achieve key business KPI’s while aligning with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team through training, development, and a culture of continuous learning.
- Foster a data-driven sales culture by implementing analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring efficiency, motivation, and goal alignment across the sales force.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages.
