Haier Is Hiring People & Culture Specialists in the HR Department Lahore Head Office
Key Responsibilities
ยท Act as a Culture Ambassador and play a lead in execution of Employee Engagement Initiatives, and wellness programs.
ยท Execution of Internal & External Training Programs as per yearly calendar and need basis.
ยท In charge of all the cultural and values reinforcement activities to foster the culture of growth and engagement.
ยท Ensure Increased communication with the department and identify the values champions within the teams
ยท Development of success stories and coordination with concerned stakeholders for media development & deployment on company social media accounts.
Education: BBA / MBA in HR
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the relevant field (Experience in Home Appliances and electronics would be preferred).
