We’re looking for skilled and career-oriented females to join our team as a Tele-Recovery & Collections Officers
Locations: Multiple Positions, based at Karachi
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of tele collections/recovery/call center experience.
Job Description:
- Make regular outbound calls to microfinance customers with overdue loans or missed payments.
- Negotiate and arrange feasible repayment plans with customers, adjusting terms when necessary.
- Escalate unresolved or chronic defaulters to the appropriate management level for further action.
- Strive to meet monthly collection/Recovery targets set by the Bank, reporting regularly on progress.
- Ensure that all recovery efforts comply with the bank’s policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Ensure following fair debt collections guidelines.
