Position: Manager Retail Development
Job Purpose: responsible for development, supervising construction, commissioning and maintenance of Retail Fuel Sites (Petrol Pumps), ensuring conformance to Company, HSSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare budgets for construction of New Retail Sites, upgrade and maintenance of existing retail sites.
• Provide guidelines standards and ensure their compliance during construction and maintenance activities.
• Conduct site surveys, review layout plans, finalize drawings in coordination with retail team and dealer.
• Supervise work undertaken by contractors and service providers to ensure company and HSSE standards are maintained at every level.
• Review of work schedules/plans, identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, maximise use of resources. Conduct risk assessment, review of technical specifications and ensure proper documentation.
• Manages project budgets/costs.
Education: B. Eng. (Civil/Mechanical)
Experience: Ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of experience in retail site development and construction of which at least 5 are in a Management role.

JOB PURPOSE:
1. Manage and maintain all controlled IT documents
2. Update and control procedure documents and forms
3. Ensure all staff follow established standards and guidelines
4. Maintain documents control processes and procedures and ensuring the use of standardized IT forms and templates
5. Keep tracks of all IT records by looking through both hard files and computer database files on a regular basis
6. Maintain software licenses and IT assets inventory
7. Logging and keeping records of department/employee queries

JOB TITLE: IT Assistant

EXPERIENCE: minimum 3 years
JOB PURPOSE:
1. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
2. Setting up new users’ accounts and profile and dealing with password issues.
3. Perform daily administration of Antivirus, proxy server and virtual LAN activity
4. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
5. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
6. Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
7. Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
8. Perform maintenance activities
