Position Title: Area Sales Manager
Function: Retail Fuel Sales
Location: Kasur Peshawar, Sukkur
Number Required: 3
Qualification: MBA – Marketing
Experience: 5-7 years, preferably OMC
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible for site commissioning targets, new Retail outlets/Project target and recommend up gradation of existing network, boosting fuel and lubricants sales in the target area.
- Productive retail outlets visit in assigned areas as per the required frequency in a planned manner. monitor their performance, keep liaison with the maintenance engineer for prompt resolution of outlets complaints and for proactive and preventative maintenance
- Ensure online banking facility is used by the franchisee/Dealer
- Coordinate with the HO for provision of Res and other matters.
- Customers handling, supplier records, purchase record, local advertising, promotions and outlet profitability.
- Ensure maximize the results from NFR facilities in the area in terms of quality of execution of marketing programs, in terms of their performance satisfying customer, maximizing sales profitability for franchisee and the company
- Identify and propose improvements in the retail outlets evaluation
- To keep close coordination with operations for placing orders, execution, product availability, quantity and quality of products.
- Responsible for the registration of Pump Leases and their Franchise Agreements.
