Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Supervise the function of all kitchen staff and contribute to maximizing the overall food and beverage departmental profits.
- Responsible for the production, preparation, and presentation of all Pakistani and Continental food items to always ensure the highest quality.
- Develop formal training plans and conduct on-the-job training sessions for kitchen staff.
- Responsible for the preparation of the menus and participate in the pricing policy in consultation with the management.
- Keep an up-to-date standard recipe file for all food items and develop new recipes in accordance with market demand.
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate Diploma in Culinary Arts
Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience
Location: Rawalpindi
