Job Scope
We are seeking to appoint a talented individual to lead and manage the Sales & Admissions Department. Reporting to the General Director of the School, you will be required to create and implement an innovative and transformative marketing and student recruitment strategy to ensure the school achieves its ambitious goals. Development, implementation and management of the full program for student admission, including outreach and communication to families and prospective students is one of your main goals together with the development of the Boarding House student acquisition strategy for 2016.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Sales:
• Create and implement marketing and student recruitment strategy
• Develop and manage the Boarding House marketing strategy for the opening in 2017
• Achieving the target growth and enrollment / retention numbers in line with the annual budget and sales target in a cost effective manner
• Create marketing and sales programs across various communication platforms to reach core markets successfully
• Represent and promote the institution at both domestic and international events
• Outreach across communities in Dubai, UAE & GCC seeking the right networks which can refer suitable students to the institution
• Recruit, train and manage a successful Marketing & Admission team, ensuring that every member of staff is aware of their role in attracting, converting and retaining students and is actively and appropriately engaged in all activities
• Develop all admission materials, presentations and related publications
• Manage admission & marketing portion of the school website and communicate regularly with students, parents and colleagues internally
• Manage all events related to student recruitment including tours, information sessions, Campus tours, parents and students orientation
Admission:
• Develop the admissions program and process from point of outreach and inquiry through enrollment
• Develop and codify policy regarding applications, eligibility and enrollment which are consistent with institutions mission and regulation
• Develop student application and all informational materials
• Manage and oversee all admissions processes
• Develop student and parent orientation program
• Work in cooperation with the school leadership team to ensure that students are well served and to lead smooth operation of the overall program of the school
• Develop an annual budget in cooperation with the General Director, which accommodates the priorities of the admissions program
• Prepare annual admission calendar, execute all steps including application tracking database and waiting list
