We are looking for honest, capable and hardworking Admin Officer as per below requirements.
Requirement:
Qualification: Min Graduation
Experience: 2 to 3 years
No of Positions: 1
Location: (Lahore based)
Age: 25 To 38 years
Salary Range: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000
Required Skills: Communication skills & Negotiation skills
Computer Skills: MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in the fulfillment of all demands of head office & shops related to general items from the local market.
- Negotiate purchases to ensure lowest cost consistent with company standards for quality products.
- Assist in complete purchase and record of asset management.
- Maintain knowledge of the local representative and distributors and build constructive relationship / coordination with external vendors.
- Continually research alternative sources for products in order to ensure the most competitive pricing.
- Verified purchase requestions by comparing items requested to master list and clarified unclear items along with your line manager.
- Assist line manager to liaison with the different government institution.
- Handle day to day sales staff issues e.g. uniform issuance, general store management etc.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Ensure to control and manage safety related issues.
- Deploy housekeeping policy for head office.
- Any task assign by HOD.
