Herbion Pakistan is looking for Deputy General Manager – IT (Karachi)
Education: Masters in Computer Science
Experience: 10-12 Years
Responsibilities:
- Designing, Analysing and Development of in house Systems/Application to improve organizational efficiency
- Define and set standards in terms of system development methodology
- Ensures technology documents, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and services are evaluated, updated and processed.
- Designs, develops and maintains web-based applications.
- Implements technological alternatives to streamline functions and improve productivity.
- Develops and maintains technology policies, standards and procedures manual
- Ensures compliance with all software licensing agreements. Manages and safeguards software media and associated licenses.
- Develops and manages technology budget and monitors related expenditures
- Continually keep up-to-date of the latest IT research and development activities to enhance the future efficiency of the organization.
- Ensure the integrity of the database
- Act as primary liaison with computer database/ERP consultant and computer service personnel
