Herbion Pakistan is looking for a young and energetic resource for the Business Development Department to evaluate and enhance existing product line and support in creation of innovative skin and hair care products.
Position title: Executive Personal Care Projects
Location: Head Office-Karachi.
Qualification: Bachelors/courses/diploma in related field
Experience: Relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in Personal Care projects related to Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Personal Care projects with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired objectives.
- Conduct surveys for New Product Development (In-house/external).
- Review the costing evaluation of New Products in Personal Care category in coordination with all the concerned departments.
- Implement organizational tools to transform analytical data into digestible insights and actionable strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative Director on designing unique packaging.
- Initiate marketing plans that revert from production to the commercialization process.
