Customer Relationship Manager

HIMONT GROUP

Key Responsibilities:

• To identify and maintain the list of chain pharmacies
• Share monthly promotions, deals and bonus policies with external stakeholders
• Develop strong liaison with top professors of hospitals
• Plan and execute chain pharmacy meetings at national level
• Maintain data pertaining to Round Table Meetings (RTMs)s and doctor’s list in each territory
• Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media
• Analyzing competitors and updating strategies when required
• Identifying potential new customers and target markets

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA
• At least 8-10 years relevant work experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in MS office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
