Position: Head of Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the internal audit department by formulating the internal control systems for effective utilization of resources and systematic audit practices.
• Review the accounting and departmental systems of the company. Investigate irregularities, highlight areas for improvement and establish procedures to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with the human resource department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in case of compliance standard violations.
• Verify that software technology is in place to adequately provide oversight and monitoring in all required areas.

Location: Lahore

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate must be ACCA/CA
• Minimum 10 years of audit experience with 3 years in managerial role, preferably in the Pharmaceuticals or FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
