Organization: Hoechst Pakistan Limited (Formerly Sanofi-Aventis Pakistan Limited)

Position: Area Manager – Trade

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Target of assigned Product portfolio.
• Ensure Product Availability & Visibility at Pharmacy Level through effective RTM Model and Regular Market visits.
• Engage & Visit Top End Retail Customers on regular basis to build long term Business Relationship.
• Negotiate Quarterly & Annual Contracts with Key Customers to drive profitable and sustainable growth.
• Ensure Effective & Timely execution of Trade Activations, Trade Activities & Promotions to achieve desired growth objective.
• Close liaison with Business Partners to ensure execution of Distribution KPI’s.
• Effective utilization of Trade Budget & Resources.
• Team Management, Coaching & Development.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Qualification: Bachelors (preferably MBA)
• Knowledge of Key Accounts Management
• Minimum 3-5 years Trade Marketing Experience in FMCG or MNC Pharma – Consumer Division
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Hands on Experience MS Office.
