Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a โCustomer Care Executiveโ to join its E-commerce team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns/exchanges, and resolving payment or delivery issues.
Provide detailed product information, including size, fit, material, and styling advice.
Address customer complaints effectively and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries and resolve shipping concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments to improve service and product offerings.
Stay updated on brand policies, promotions, and product launches to provide informed responses to customers.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software, E-store platforms (Shopify), Ginkgo, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and social media for customer engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job location: Lahore, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
Process and maintain extensive data records with accuracy and efficiency.
Create, analyze, and manage large datasets to support business operations.
Oversee and manage integrated systems such as Candela and SAP B1 to ensure data consistency.
Accurately enter cost and retail prices into the system, ensuring pricing integrity.
Manage discount entries and update promotional offers as required.
Assist in the creation and processing of purchase orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with internal departments to streamline data flow and improve system efficiencies.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Candela and SAP B1.
