Job Title: Assistant Manager Visual Merchandiser

HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Assistant Manager Visual Merchandiser” to join the head office team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective execution of visual concepts and strategies.
· Develop and implement visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Management, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
· Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
· Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance the visual presentation of products and displays.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
· 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
