Position : MANAGER HR AND ADMINISTRATION

LOCATION: Gulberg, Lahore.

Requirements:

• Minimum Master’s degree in relevant field from a HEC-recognized university
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Fashion Retail Industry
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Lead overall HR functions across retail network, production unit and corporate office.
• Improve and implement policies and SOPs to enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency and positive culture building.
• Manage recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance across the network.
• Oversee strategic HR projects and effective performance management systems.
• Build liason with the government bodies like social security, EOBI and labour department.
• Can perform administrative tasks and fulfill the requirements of the business.
