Job Title: Team Lead Designer (Manager)

HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Team Lead Designer (Manager)” to join the head office team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative and market-leading kids-wear collections.
Collaborate with the Head of Design to align on creative vision, trends, and brand direction.
Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.
Create and present design concepts, sketches, and prototypes.
Work closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.
Review and approve final samples and prototypes, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
Mentor and develop junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in kidswear design is highly preferred.
Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and production processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative flair with a keen eye for detail.
