Job Title: Team Lead – Visual Merchandiser
Location: Lahore

HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Team Lead-Visual Merchandiser” to join the head office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective execution of visual concepts and strategies.
• Develop and implement visually appealing displays to enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Store Operations, and Product Management, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and enhance the visual presentation of products and displays.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
