Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Manager Banquet Sales at Hotel One – Faisalabad.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the banquet sales team, setting clear sales targets and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential clients through various channels.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market positioning.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing banquet sales team, setting performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the banquet sales process to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about hospitality industry trends, banquet competitive offerings, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales approach.
- Generate regular reports and analyze sales data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Explore the use of technology solutions to streamline the booking process, provide online event planning tools, and enhance customer convenience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Post-graduation preferably in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- 10 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a similar establishment.
