Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong focus on performance management. This role will be pivotal in developing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback and coaching, and implementing employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Develop and Implement Systems: Design and manage performance appraisal systems that align with the companyโs objectives and culture.
Employee Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
Performance Reviews and Goal Setting: Conduct performance review meetings, facilitate goal-setting sessions, and implement performance improvement plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize development programs, and coordinate with department heads for leadership and career development initiatives.
Other HR Functions:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes and manage onboarding.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis.
HR Strategy and Planning: Contribute to HR strategy development and execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Masterโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Alternatively, a Bachelorโs degree with an additional 4 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience: 7-9 years in HR, with 5-6 years specifically in performance management, and 3-4 years in a managerial role.
Skills and Certifications: Strong knowledge of Pakistani labor laws. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred certifications: SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CIPD level 5 (Level 7 is desirable).
