Job Title: Executive – System & Network Support

Location: Plant – Faisalabad

Job Description:

• Handle, diagnose, and troubleshoot all kinds of network equipment.
• Analyze the root cause of network abnormalities.
• Manage network devices and monitor them using NMS.
• Manage firewalls and ensure seamless LAN/WAN connectivity while maintaining robust network security.
• Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, Office 365 applications, and printers.
• Ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction across all IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science/Information Technology
• Any IT Certification (preferred)
• 02+ years of experience in System/Network Support
• Ability to configure new Cisco wireless APs for newer side deployment
• Ability to design, implement, troubleshoot, and monitor DSS IP/CCTV cameras
