ibex is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer. The primary focus for this position is to function as a TA Specialist within Customer Service domain.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Required Qualification & Skills:
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelors degree.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Timings: 11am – 8pm
