IBL Operations (Pvt.) Ltd is currently hunting promising profiles for the position of “Regional Sales Manager” for our Textile Division (South).
No. of candidates required: 01 (Male)
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Graduation / MBA
Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in Textile Industry.
Must possess sales experience on shop to shop product placement.
Excellent communication skills are required to create positive relationship with retailers.
Responsibilities:
- He is responsible for sales growth.
- Ensuring no violation of instruction/SOP is committed by his team.
- Designing strategies to plan how to cover the assigned region.
- Responsible for channel wise split i.e. wholesale, retailer, general trade.
- Making strategies to help its team achieve sales.
- Ensures his and his teams sales target achievement.
- Sales target achievement is based on: Budgeted and forecasted.
- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting of sales.
- Coordination with branch and different departments for execution i.e. IT, sales operation.
- On market visits for knowledge attainment.
- Cost controlling and budget monitoring in order to not exceed it.
