IBM Jobs Business Operations Analyst: Working for Business Operations in Pakistan, you will be responsible for supporting the business reporting, metrics and information needs across the Global Technology Services businesses. This role includes a complete ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs whilst building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Executing and supporting the business management reporting, metrics and information needs across Global Technology Services’ businesses
- Ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs
- Constantly building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our clients
- Assessing business problems or requests and formulating solutions focusing on improving performance and productivity
- Designing and implementing elements and solutions that fulfill business management reporting by developing advanced functionality and deliverables
- Consulting on best practices and implications of specific proposals including correct interpretation of user requirements resulting to development and design
- Conferring with users / peers and continually focus on delivery of client value, keeping client satisfaction high and maintaining good communication with the client through to completion of each task
- Responsible for providing assistance and training in all aspects of the reporting tools
- Good data management and analysis skills, understanding the Business and ensuring the solutions offered meet customers’ needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years experience in related area
IT Skills Required
- Advanced MS Excel
- Advanced MS Powerpoint
Language Skills Required
- Fluent English
Soft Skills Required
- Advanced communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Adaptability & flexibility
- Teamwork Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Atleast 3 years of experience in a related role
- Previous experience as an Auditor or Financial Analyst is an advantage
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Atleast 5 years of experience in a related role
