ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an Area Sales Manager for the Polyurethanes segment of our Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
ยท Establish sales plans and strategies to sustain business growth.
ยท Expand the customer base and contribute to the development of new products.
ยท Conduct trainings/educational programs for the sales team and key accounts.
ยท Achieve assigned sales, prescriptions and meet the market share goal.
ยท Conduct onfield competitor analysis and identify appropriate counter-strategies.
ยท Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to all direct and indirect clients.
ยท Handle customer queries in a timely manner.
ยท Responsible for recoveries and the maintenance of customers as per company policy
ยท Conduct product/market surveys identifying gaps in the market and devise strategies accordingly.
ยท Achieve the sales and profitability target in the region.
ยท Focus on efficient forecasting and ensuring adequate stock levels.
