ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager Warehouse for its Pharmaceuticals business, based in Karachi.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Managing and reporting inventories in systems as per physical availability of stocks.
Coordinating and managing supplier audits, physical counts of material as per GMP & HSE compliance and verifying/managing vendor bills for payments.
Coordinating training of warehouse team on EHS/GMP SOPs and best housekeeping.
Utilizing storage facilities to derive maximum benefit of space.
Ensuring correct dispensing on a daily basis, without any errors.
Working proactively with various departments to realise efficiencies and manage expectations.
Suggesting improvements to operations and resolving problems and complains.
Supervising, coaching and training the inventory team.

Key Skills:

Well organized and a team player with a positive attitude.
Effective communication and strong follow-up.
Problem-solving, teamwork and strong implementation skills.
Ability to plan, priorities and organize effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
Familiar with warehousing storage as per ISO Standards, cGMP, GSP & HSE guidelines.
Expert at SAP – (MM, PP Module).
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
