Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring current SOPs are followed in the Production department.
• Ensuring batch record audit are done and maintained in an appropriate manner.
• Conducting on-line inspections of finished products and manufacturing and filling processes to give line clearance.
• Ensuring all required parameters are available to commence production on time.
• Examining finished packs in Packing Hall.
• Ensuring all batches are being manufactured and packed according to given specifications and meeting all the cGMP requirements.
• Maintaining the stability sample control record and legal references sample room.
• Preparing SOPs for the Quality Assurance Department.
• Ensuring process compliance with BMRs and BPRs.
• Ensuring cleanliness and training of staff to work in respective areas. -Looking after the dispensing of each material.
