- Developing and implementing strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.

ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Manager โ Administration for its Pharmaceuticals business, based in Hattar.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Maintaining the industrial peace and a healthy relationship between the Workers and Employers.
- Checking and verifying monthly third party contractor bills for wages and all the administration services vendors.
- Ensuring effective time and attendance and compliance to 3P contractor laws.
- Taking daily rounds of the factory to ensure hygiene, 5S and immediately call out any irregularities found.
- Dealing with the officials of E.O.B.I., ESSI, Education Cess, Labour Department and Govt. agencies.
- Developing a mechanism to monitor the workforce.
- Coordinating with Line Managers in matters related to manpower and discipline.
- Coordinating with Relationship Managers of contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring adequate manpower for operations by the contractor.
- Handling grievances and Employee Counselling.
- Keeping a record of plant vehicles and ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled e.g. tax and insurance, etc. L
- Liaising with services providers (authorised dealers) for services and maintenance of vehicles also to ensure timely repairs.
- Dealing with housekeeping staff and monitoring their activities and complaints related to housekeeping.
- Ensuring cleaning of plants and floors is as per GMP standards.
- Ensuring compliance to labour and other laws.
- Facilitating Line Managers in daily affairs.
- Preparing inventory of all items under Admin domain and processing PR for new items to ensure timely payments.
- Preparing annual Admin budgets with the consultation of Plant Manager.
