ICI Pakistan is hiring an Sales Officer for the Industrial Chemicals department of its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business, based in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth within assigned business area (B2B and B2C).
Ensuring effective utilisation of field force and assessing sales potential while allocating targets to SPs and facilitating onward for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
Controlling and monitoring ethical sales of products and ensuring successful execution of marketing strategies in line with Company HSE&S policies.
Preparing and executing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and building a sales culture and sales-centric atmosphere within the team.
Conducting market visits to monitor own/team performance and counsel others on areas of improvement. This will ensure monitoring, evaluating, recording, and communicating abilities against set objectives.
Conducting market research to understand competitors and ongoing trends.
Providing innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence.
Ensuring the effective coordination with the Supply Chain department and external customers to achieve the business objectives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conducting monthly meetings with support functions.
